For substantial projects, we may require a signed service agreement detailing the scope of work, timeline, payment terms, and other specifics. Such agreements take precedence over these general Terms for matters specifically addressed therein.

Prices for our Services are as quoted by our representatives or as stated in a written agreement. All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless specifically stated.
For certain projects, we may require a deposit before commencing work. The deposit amount and terms will be specified in your service agreement or quote.
We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site or in your service agreement. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for all Services rendered.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law and may result in suspension or termination of Services.
We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms for materials and workmanship will be provided in your service agreement.
Roofing materials may come with manufacturer warranties, which we will pass on to you. These warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Еspetdestr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site or Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Еspetdestr for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Еspetdestr, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms, together with any service agreements or other legal notices published by Еspetdestr on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Еspetdestr concerning the Site and Services.
